R2P2 - Day 26
Today - 194 pounds. I held steady at 196 lb's from Thursday and Friday days 20 and 21 and on Saturday, day 22, I dropped a 1/2 pound. I don't think I ate much on Friday, day 23 but I don't remember for sure, though on Saturday, I just decided to let loose a little and had about 10 oz of lean beef in the form of filet mignon but it was, of course wrapped in bacon and I had steamed broccoli with minimal butter on it, and an apple or 2 earlier in the day plus 1 oreo cookie for dessert that night. But I woke up on Sunday weighing in at 196.5 and immediately took a 45 minute detox bath and did an apple day. Bringing me to today's weight of 194 which was also was yesterday's weight. I think I have been stressing quite a bit lately and may contribute to a lack of weight loss, yet sometimes can contribute to MORE weight loss. I haven't really been eating the full 500 calories required every day but, from what I understand, as long as you aren't hungry, that should not have an effect on weight loss/gain. One thing that I have been doing every day this round that I should not be doing is I eat almonds. I need that crunch and something to get rid of the "stale" flavor in my mouth. Maybe without the almonds I would be losing more but I am happy that I am losing the weight. I have lost 40 pounds altogether now. In the beginning, I lost 12 pounds on my own but gained back 4 and then I lost some on the homeopathic drops version for a couple of weeks and now on this version, the real hcg injections I have lost like 23-24 pounds, something like that. I did gain back 2 or 3 pounds in between the first round and this round. Hopefully the stress in my life doesn't affect my weight loss negatively. But even with the ups and downs, I am quite satisfied. :)
