PHASE 2 - Days 10 and 11

I have been quite disappointed lately.  I am back to 215.4 pounds today.  I have been following the diet pretty much to a "T" and I always drink lots of water.  Also, my ketostix have shown that I AM in ketosis for the last few days so since I am not eating any fat at all then it has to mean that I am using up my own fat from my own body which means that I should be losing weight or at least inches and I am not losing either.  I am still only on 125 iu of hcg and I think therein lies my problem.  So, I was being advised that if I am continually hungry then I should lower my dosage which I did 5 days ago and have either gained weight or NOT lost anything.  This could also be attributed to a medication that my doctor put me on last week.  It is a known drug to cause weight GAIN!  Or maybe a combination of both.  I started doing some research about dosaging and found that if your dosage is too low then you will not lose weight and if your dosage is too high, you will not lose weight either.  The dosage that people should be on, according to my research, is 175-200 IU's.  So once I read that I went back and injected another 25 IU's today to bring my dosage up for the day and I am going to continue on that for at least 3 days and see if it helps.  If does not help then I will up it to 200.  If that doesn't work then I will be forced to stop taking the medicine that my doctor prescribed. 

I am on day 11 and have only lost not even 4.5 pounds yet.  When I started on this hcg journey back in May with the homeopathic hcg, I was on phase 2 for 10 days and lost 7 pounds and it was also sublingual not injections.  When I did the diet a few years ago, I lost 14 pounds in 14 days.  The only thing is that with the homeopathic sublingual drops, I never got in ketosis, at least not according to my ketostix which tells me that, more than likely, I was losing muscle and not fat.  Anyway, let's just hope that I have figured this out and the new dosage works.  Take care and good night all!
