PHASE 2 - Days 12 and 13

2 weeks down!  Only 5.7 pounds lost.  I did finally lose another pound today.  Actually 1.2 pounds bringing me down to 213.8 pounds.  So I guess I must attribute my plateau to the lowering of my dosage to 125.  I was either gaining weight or maintaining weight for 5-6 days and that started when I lowered my dosage.  So, after 2 days at a dose of 175, I finally break the plateau.  I guess I will stay at this dosage. 
Now I'm toying with the idea of not doing 40 day cycles and do 23 day cycles.  Or at least for this round since I got off to such a slow start.  Then maybe on the next round I will do 40 day cycle now that I know my proper dosing.  I may even jump up to 200 IU.  I tried 200 before I went to 125 and during that time I lost 3 pounds overnight.  I am still hungry all of the time but I am dealing with it.  I am making it a challenge for myself.  I have not been cheating except 2 nights I ate a glucose free, low sugar, low fat cookie BUT! that cookie.... each of them.... for 1 cookie had 120 calories.  You see when your at a stand still, a long duration of no weight loss and even some gain, then it's hard to fight the disappointment telling you "well your not succeeding with this diet so just go ahead and eat something good".  I have been able to fight that voice for the most part.  Hopefully, rest is a downhill battle now that I upped my dose and I will start losing again.  Have a great weekend!
