PHASE 2 - Days 19 and 20

I woke up yesterday to another 1 pound loss bringing me down to 209 pounds.  But then, last night, I gave in to temptation.  I did a chocolate cake shot, ate 3 gluten free reduced fat cookies, 2 bites of pork steak and an ice cream sandwich.  The scale didn't show any gain this morning, thank God.  But no loss either.  I soooo want to just eat delicious food again.  Supposedly, I am suppose to stop feeling this way at some point in this diet, but when!?  I am more than 2 weeks in now.  God help me!
